Regular Members must:
- Be United States (U.S.) citizens
- Have been employed, past or present, in the U.S. Military or U.S. Government, state or local governments of the United States, or U.S. industry or academe
- Have had responsibilities for Operation Security or in fields related to Operations Security, such as, information security, cyber security, personnel security, physical security, law enforcement, or counterintelligence
Student members must:
- Be United States (U.S.) citizens
- Provide proof of regular enrollment as full or part-time college students
- Profess an interest in pursuing a career in a security discipline, intelligence/counterintelligence, law enforcement, or the practice of law
